Morality and majority vote are not the same thing. But Beck thinks they are. And that’s where he reveals his statism and his socialism. Majority vote is the very basis of socialism. But true libertarians know that even 95 percent of a county can be wrong. And the important fight is to win the war in the hearts and minds of people with truth and actual engagement of the details, not sweeping things under the rug, arguing about slippery slopes, or playing clips of a handful of people. Beck does not realize he is a socialist. It is an unstated assumption of his that of course we should leave it up to the people. We’ve tried that, Glenn. When people can vote themselves your property, they will. The fundamental tenet of socialism is that whatever the people say is right. The fundamental tenet of libertarianism is that the initiation of force is wrong. By explicitly and continually arguing that we need to all make a decision together, Beck has shown himself to be a socialist at heart. It is almost as if he is saying, "Look, I would prefer freedom, but if the people vote for socialism, then that’s okay." Glenn, it is not okay. - Dr. Phil Maymin, Glenn Beck the Socialist, September 16, 2010

Rolling Stone: Glenn Beck Rips Off Alex Jones

Infowars.com
March 4, 2011

Rolling Stone Magazine has posted a part two to follow up on its profile of Alex Jones earlier this week, a feature that also appears in the print edition of the publication.

In this article, writer Alexander Zaitchik asks if Glenn Beck has been ripping off Alex Jones by using Jones’ information but then injecting it with his own lies and spin. After listing seven different aspects in which Beck is charged with ripping off Jones, Zaitchik concludes that the Fox News host has indeed borrowed Jones’ material to create “bastardized versions of theories and facts originally found on the Alex Jones Show.”

This is unsurprising given the fact that we have been told directly by people inside Fox News that one of the primary roles of Beck’s researchers is to monitor the Alex Jones Show in order to later rip off our material.

Glenn Beck’s Shtick? Alex Jones Got There First
‘He rips me off and spins the information, often injecting lies into the truth,’ says Jones

Long before he inadvertently brought an end to a popular sitcom by hosting last week’s mega-viral interview with Charlie Sheen, talk-radio host Alex Jones established himself as a giant in America’s conspiracy subculture. The godfather of the 9/11 Truth Movement, Jones is the most popular chronicler of what he believes is a New World Order plot to enslave the global population.

Until recently, he was a lonely and little-known voice in the short wave and Internet radio wilderness. But as his audience has grown, other talk show hosts have taken notice — and cues. Among his most ardent imitators is Glenn Beck, whom Jones has accused of stealing his ideas, guests, and research. Last week, Jones posted a video clip on his site, InfoWars, offering evidence of this theft.

“He rips me off and spins the information, often injecting lies into the truth,” says Jones.

So, is Alex Jones really the invisible senior writer of Beck’s TV and radio shows? If the below is any indication, the answer is “Yes.”

1. “Inside-Job” Terror
Alex Jones was the first 9/11 Truther. Two months before the attacks took place, in July of 2001, Jones warned that the U.S. government was planning to blow up the World Trade Center and blame Osama bin Laden. More recently, Jones and his websites have been sounding the alarm, based on mainstream press clippings, that the Obama Administration might find political gain in the tragedy of a “new Oklahoma City Bombing” or a 9/11-style attack. Jones had been making this argument for several months when Beck began to hit a very similar note shortly after the midterms last year. “They are setting up an Oklahoma City. They are claiming that one is coming and they’re already marked the one who caused it,” Beck said in November, referring to himself. Unlike Jones, however, Beck continues to harshly criticize those who entertain or believe similar actions could have occurred during the Bush Administration or past governments.

Scorecard: Rip-off and redirection. Beck takes a page from Jones in discussing state-sponsored terror, but twists it for use against Democrats — ignoring Jones’ more radical theory that both parties are historically capable of heinous acts against their own people.

2. Martial Law, Food Riots & Pentagon Planning for Domestic Unrest
For the past several years, Glenn Beck echoed Alex Jones on the Doomsday themes of looming economic disaster and subsequent societal collapse. What’s more, Beck often relies heavily on guests who first appeared on the Alex Jones Show to discuss the same topics. For example, on October 13, 2008, Beck discussed the “threat of martial law” with frequent Alex Jones guest and former Senate candidate Peter Schiff. During the same program, Beck went on to discuss what he considered “coercive” and “manufactured fear” — classic Jones themes. Similar echoes can be found on Beck’s website, The Blaze, which often cover subjects shortly after Jones, such as the Pentagon’s plans for civil unrest and a possible food crisis triggering martial law.

Scorecard: Beck is caught red-handed here — stealing ideas, language and guests. Incidentally, the more Beck has incorporated themes of social collapse into his show, the more his online advertising roster resembles that found on Jones’ site, which has featured survivalist gear and products for more than a decade.

3. New World Order & Global Currency
If any one term defines the career of Alex Jones, it is the New World Order. Beck, who used to make fun of N.W.O conspiracy, now covers it frequently and has incorporated the term into his show. This began while Beck was still on CNN. On Oct 9, 2008 he declared, “New world Order is the endgame.” That February, he hosted longtime Alex Jones guest Ron Paul on his Fox News show to discuss world government. He has also borrowed language from Jones when expressing his fears about the creation of a global currency and sterilants in the water.

Beck’s Scorecard: The mother of all rip-offs by Beck. He again leans heavily on Jones’ trademark New World Order language, but deemphasizes or ignores the role played by corporations, which are prominent in Jones’ more sweeping critique.

Glenn Beck Repackages Alex Jones’ Ideas

Russia Today
October 5, 2010

Conservative talk-show host Glenn Beck kicked off his “Restoring America” tour in New Jersey to a modest crowd of around 700 people. And, it has now come to light that Glenn Beck and his staff listen to Alex Jones’s radio show for ideas.

What does Jones think about a big star from the highest rated cable news network using his ideas? Well, he isn’t honored.

Jones explained that Glenn Beck uses his ideas and repackages them in a way that pulls away from true libertarianism and the constitution. Beck uses his version of the ideas to argue that Republicans are the real change, Jones however believes they are not change at all.

UPDATE: Is Glenn Beck for Real?

UPDATE: Alex has released an addendum video address going over even more points about Glenn Beck and the attempt to co-opt the real Tea Party and legitimate Constitutional and patriot movements. See Below

By Alex Jones & Aaron Dykes, Infowars.com
September 29, 2010

Glenn Beck, as a national media figure, has never been consistent. While he has been seen on TV supporting big government bailouts, new taxes and unlimited war under the dubious banner of “conservative,” Beck has also made a name as a Libertarian of sorts, and now as a tax-revolting Patriot leader within the Tea Party.

But what Glenn Beck has never done, until now, is come so close to telling the truth. In recent episodes, as on September 22, Beck has highlighted the agenda of “global elites,” while digging up valid information on some very serious advocates of World Government, like Col. Edward Mandell House, the foreign affairs advisor to Woodrow Wilson who helped found the Federal Reserve and the Council on Foreign Relations. In the same episode, Glenn Beck exposed Eugenics as an American experiment that morphed into the Nazi Holocaust and linked Cass Sunstein with his intellectual ancestor, Edward Bernays, who refined the art of propaganda to facilitate covert social engineering and control.

All this is not only new ground for Beck, but for televised news at large. Those in power clearly intend that The People would pay attention to Sarah Palin, Barack Obama, Lindsay Lohan and American Idol, not find out the aims of the Council on Foreign Relations, a publicly-obscure but deeply-influential elitist think tank. Though many of Beck’s infamous Fox News programs have revolved around convoluted diagrams and misinformed flow-charts linking entities like the White House and the SDS with Van Jones, 9/11 and Nazism (and so on…), he has now reached the point of concise and important historical examples demonstrating the elite controlled agenda.

So is Glenn Beck for real?

PART 1/2

That question has come up again and again, as the Infowars.com crew continues research Beck, the Tea Parties and the attempt to control what Zbigniew Brzezinski recently termed as the ‘first truly global awakening.’

There is no doubt that Glenn Beck has advanced and popularized many important, relevant and true issues; however, he has also been very deceptive and at times proven to be anything less than the principled patriot he plays on TV. Though we’ve been frequent critics, we’d be remiss not to commend Glenn Beck for moving in the right direction and addressing real issues about the behind-the-scenes shadow government power structure. Nevertheless, that doesn’t mean we’re ready to trust him.

On the one hand, his exposé of the global elite stops well short of revealing the influence of the Bilderberg Group (which he has mocked), the Rockefeller Foundation or the trans-national cabal formulated between European royalty, Anglo-American intelligensia and worldwide bureaucracy. Instead, Beck frequent blames “Progressives,” which keeps him conveniently on the attack against primarily Democrats. He often suggests that snarky, manipulative policymakers like Cass Sunstein or mindless psuedo-Communists like Van Jones are at the top of power. In reality, however, these figures, while working against the Constitution and American sovereignty, are at best mid-level minions within the New World Order. These figures are no David Rockefeller, Rothschild family or Henry Kissinger.

Where he treads on conservative ground and within the body politic of the Tea Party movement, he has again played more than one role. When he seeks to rouse the rabble, Glenn Beck puts forward that patriots are supposed to question their government. But when that dissent means 9/11 Truthers or ‘extreme’ Ron Paul-revolutionaries, Glenn Beck says that Patriots who question the government are potential terrorists posing a violent danger (without proof of course).

In times when Glenn Beck appears sincere, he often still discredits the topics he covers through his jokes and antics. His inflammatory and scatter-shot commentary draws fire from the Left and other critics, and make him an easy target easy to dismiss and demean– and the seriousness of the topics he covers is diminished when he loses face.

Alex Jones has suggested the Glenn Beck’s doublespeak has more to do with the larger political reorientation. World Government is admittedly formulating out in the open; the New World Order can’t hide, so they pose as the alternative and as patriot groups interested in limited government. To use Bob Dylan’s terminology, they know which way the wind blows– and their assets are all too ready to wear the coloration of Constitutionalists even when they are diametrically opposed to United States sovereignty.

PART 2: ADDENDUM

Glenn Beck himself– and admitted actor, phony and poser– is likely a construct of one of three alternatives (though his role may well be unwitting participation rather than intentional conspiring:

1) Glenn Beck is a Cold-Blooded Operative who is Parading in the Coloration of a Constitutionalist and Patriot, While Waiting for Key Moments to Betray and Backtrack. Beck has already turned on The People to support the bailout, propose a VAT tax, to decry 9/11 truthers as violent extremists and to deny all inquiries into that and other big ‘conspiracy theory’ events. He pretended to investigate FEMA camps, before rolling out Popular Mechanics to ‘debunk’ cherry-picked information. Beck has sucker-punched the likes of rising Tea Party candidates like Debra Medina in favor of endorsing establishment candidates like Texas Gov. Rick Perry. Further, he pushed away the strongest Constitutional candidates like Congressman Ron Paul. And that’s just the short list. Nothing is worse than a Benedict Arnold.

2) The New World Order May Have Allowed Glenn Beck to Rise as a False Tea Party / Patriot Leader, only to destroy him later (and make way for a leader from the opposite camp). The offshore globalists have scientifically-developed their understanding of human behavior, and long ago predicted patterns and likely responses. Through the Hegelian Dialectic, the globalists play both sides– as populist anger continues to boil up as the economy continues to implode. When they know they can’t stop the Ron Paul Revolution or tea party-spirit altogether, the system attempts to co-opt the philosophy and aims of these groups. The New World Order subverts the movement with sellout candidates, vetted by FOX News and the establishment-funded Tea Party Express, who are guaranteed to portray a patriot image but deliver no substance whatsoever while in power.

3) The New World Order System May Be Fractured From Within. Glenn Beck may represent one wing of rival factions within the globalist control grid. The Hegelian Dialectic pits two (or more) opposing sides (A + B) against one another for the specific purpose of creating new reactions (C) through synthesis. Also, conflicting interests– who are united in the bigger picture on global integration and cooperative rule– may seek to give resistance to the integration of a more socialistic system within the United States, represented in the extreme by Stalin and Mao-style Communism, and in the present by President Obama and his allies.

Whatever Glenn Beck may be, we only hope that he will go further– all the way. As Alex Jones states in this video address, Beck should call out the likes of Queen Beatrix, Prince Philip, Ted Turner and Bill & Melinda Gates– all who operate at the heart of groups like Bilderberg, entities like the United Nations and agendas like the worldwide population control program.

Whether or not he goes this far, Beck can be assured that we will be watching his moves carefully. His voice has become an important one, at any rate, and the hope that he might inject real issues and educate people about the very real dangers posed by world government is significant.

Send us feedback about your interpretation of Glenn Beck, help us analysis his game and hold his feet to the fire. Leave comments with your thoughts here in the story or over at Twitter.

We Need A Revolution, Not A Movement

By Chuck Baldwin, Chuck Baldwin Live
August 29, 2010

The elections of 2008 (and the early elections of 2010) produced two significant phenomena: the “Ron Paul Revolution” and the “Tea Party Movement.” And mark it down: both of them will have profound effects upon the upcoming November elections–and upon the 2012 elections as well. Call them what you want; however, America doesn’t need another movement; it needs a genuine revolution.

The Tea Party movement, while still a force with which to be contended, has already been diluted and compromised. The primary elections plainly reveal the reality of this fact. The high spots so far are the defeats of Arlen Specter in Pennsylvania and Bob Bennett in Utah. The low spots so far are the reelection of John McCain in Arizona and the election of Dan Coats in Indiana.

John McCain’s election, in particular, demonstrates how many conservatives and “revolutionaries” still don’t get it. If any State in the union should have an up-close-and-personal look at what we are up against, it would be the people of Arizona. After all, they are on the front lines in the fight of one of the most important battles currently being waged in our country: illegal immigration. And John McCain is one of the worst offenders in terms of facilitating and encouraging this illegal invasion. Yet the people of Arizona reelected McCain to the US Senate. (It would interesting to know how many illegal aliens voted for McCain, would it not?)

Then again, John McCain received the enthusiastic endorsement of former Alaska governor, Sarah Palin. This endorsement obviously brought McCain thousands of Tea Party votes that otherwise would have gone to his principal opponent, J.D. Hayworth. McCain is not the only Big-Government globalist neocon to receive Palin’s endorsement. Many of Palin’s endorsees are neocons; which leads to one of the biggest problems with any so-called conservative movement: allowing celebrity-type “conservatives” to become the de facto leaders and spokesmen for what should be a true grassroots, people-generated rebellion. Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck are the two biggest culprits in this regard.

Mark my words: Palin and Beck may see themselves as part of a conservative “movement,” but they want nothing to do with an old-fashioned, honest-to-God, Patrick Henry-style revolution. In fact, they are doing everything in their power to keep such a revolution from taking place.

This does not mean that Palin and Beck do not contribute some good things to freedom’s fight. They do. The problem is, for every good thing they contribute they counterbalance it by supporting establishment principals, such as John McCain and Newt Gingrich, and attacking non-establishment players and ideas, which serves only to keep the Big-Government power structure firmly ensconced in Washington, D.C.

Get real, folks, and start thinking for yourselves. Ask yourself why Fox News never (or hardly ever) invites non-establishment patriots to appear on their network. Why do you not see former Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Paul Craig Roberts on Fox News? Why do you not see former Georgia congressman and Presidential candidate Bob Barr on Fox News? Why do you not see former Minnesota governor Jesse Ventura on Fox News? Why do you not see former Director of the US Office of Economic Opportunity and Presidential candidate Howard Phillips on Fox News? Why do you not see Presidential candidate Chuck Baldwin on Fox News? The list is endless.

Fox News is not “fair and balanced.” It is as controlled and manipulated as any other media news network. The only thing it balances is the other networks’ infatuation with the Democrat Party, by promoting Republican candidates and ideas. What it does not do is educate and inform the American people with the truth as to what both major parties are doing to destroy our country. But remember, Fox News is owned by Keith Rupert Murdoch, the same man who helped finance Hillary Clinton’s campaign for the US Senate, and who is as much of a globalist as anyone in Washington, D.C., or New York City.

As an aside, and speaking of Hillary Rodham, I predict that she will replace Vice President Joe Biden BEFORE the 2012 elections. I’ve said that in private for many weeks, and now say it in this column–remember, you heard it here.

The Clinton-Bush Crime Syndicate (CBCS) needs Hillary in the White House badly, and Obama has readily accepted a subservient role in the criminal affairs of CBCS (for very profitable reasons, no doubt). And with the CBCS bosses pretty much are running things at the White House (they don’t worry about domestic or social issues, providing that these do not interfere with their international criminal activities), is it any wonder that Obama has already taken more vacations than most Presidents take during an entire term?

And it is the influence of globalists and neocons upon national and international politics that the likes of Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck simply do not get–or do not want to get. And because many Tea Partiers are so enamored with these two (and allow them to do much of their thinking for them), they remain clueless as well.

Ladies and gentlemen, America is in the throes of socialist and Marxist political upheaval. The curtain could fall at any time. The American people need to wake up to this truism: a “conservative” movement–even a conservative Tea Party movement–will not save us. The only thing that will save us is an old-fashioned State revolt.

Arizona had the opportunity to become a modern-day version of 1775 Massachusetts. But Arizona has probably forfeited that leadership role by (1) reelecting John McCain, and (2) being willing to allow federal courts to dictate law to a sovereign State. Instead of taking its case to the federal courts, Arizona should simply tell the federal government that it will enforce its own State laws (including the newly enacted anti-illegal immigration law) regardless of what any federal court says or doesn’t say. At some point, that is exactly what some State (or group of states) in this union is going to have to do, or liberty will be forever lost.

As long as freedom lovers are content to remain satisfied with the status quo by allowing party politics and media celebrities to dominate their efforts, there will be no stopping this socialist avalanche that is crashing down upon us. The Tea Party movement of 2010 (if left free of Big-Government neocons) could certainly translate into positive developments this November; that is for sure. A revival of the “Ron Paul Revolution” in 2012 could also make a significant contribution, but it is going to take a State revolution to seal the deal. I, for one, am ready.

Glenn Beck’s Big Lie: Will the Real Glenn Beck Please Stand Up?

By Mark Daniels, Global Political Awakening
August 29, 2010

While Glenn Beck, corporate media personality, and Sarah Palin wave the American Flag in Washington, D.C. to “restore honor” to “this great nation,” I ponder the real motives behind the hysteria.

First, Beck claimed that he would use the rally to “reclaim” the civil rights movement. Reverend Al Sharpton on Fox News last night, stated “Beck didn’t do what he said...he didn’t even mention civil rights” at his rally. Sharpton intensely criticized Glenn Beck for his apparent “hijacking” of the “hallowed” ground where Martin Luther King, Jr. gave his historic “I Have A Dream” speech in 1963.

Regardless, I must question the veracity of anything presented on Fox News since a News Corps, Inc. (Fox News parent company) majority stock holder is apparently funding the Ground Zero Mosque Imam, while failing to mention the connection during their relentless campaign to stir the proverbial pot of controversy. I guess they have moved on to a “new” controversy, apparently dissatisfied with promoting religious intolerance and inciting bigotry and hatred between whites and blacks.

Is Al Sharpton, a regular Fox News contributor, unwittingly playing into their deliberate engineering of racial, ethnic and religious hatred? That is a discussion for a later time.

According to Kurt Nimmo’s article, Glenn Beck’s Outrageous Lie: Racist Van Brunn is “Hero of 9/11 Truthers”, Glenn Beck is “a government disinfo operative tasked with taking down the 9/11 truth and patriot movements.”

Consider the following facts discussed in more detail in Nimmo’s article:

• Beck refers to 9/11 truthers as white-supremacists
• Beck equates 9/11 truthers with Al-Qaeda terrorists
• Beck joined the ex-Marxist neocon, David Horowitz, to denounce Ron Paul’s supporters as terrorists
• Beck labels Libertarians and the Anti-War left as threats to America

Apparently, Beck wants to “lead” the same people he has repeatedly called homegrown “terrorists.” Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones, in their article, Glenn Beck For Dummies, clearly delineates Beck’s deceit:
“Despite the fact that Beck claims to be ‘a Libertarian at heart,’ he has publicly supported programs and legislation that are universally abhorred by the vast majority of libertarians, such as the banker bailout and the USA Patriot Act…. Beck has also been aggressively pushing for new taxes in order to pay for the bailout that he supported. On December 4, he appeared on fellow neo-con Bill O’Reilly’s show to promote a 2 percent VAT tax to be adopted that would go directly to pay down the national debt.”
The only way to fully understand how deep Glenn Beck wades through the waters of deception is to examine the way he handled the money “patriots” contributed to his “charity” fund that was supposedly designated to provide college scholarships to children of United States veterans. Beck reportedly spent approximately 2 million of the 5 plus million collected to promote himself at the so called “Restoring Honor” rally held in Washington, D.C. yesterday. It is also worth mentioning that Glenn Beck and his new sidekick, Sarah Palin, both hold millions of dollars in personal bank accounts. Do they sound like the sort of people needed to “restore honor” to America?

In his recently published book, Common Nonsense: Glenn Beck and the Triumph of Ignorance, Alexander Zaitchik explains:
Glenn Beck deserves every shell of heavy fire he’s getting for his “Restoring Honor” rally scheduled for August 28 on the National Mall. His critics are right about the absurd audacity of his loud claims on the legacy of Martin Luther King, who delivered his “I Have a Dream speech” 47 years to the day before Beck’s own planned (and long coveted) spotlight on the Mall.

But as perverse as Beck’s fantasies about being an heir to MLK may be, the most notable aspect of Beck’s planned August rally is its lack of originality. To grasp the extent to which the August rally is straight out of Beck’s playbook, all you need to do is review Beck’s biggest success of 2003. That was the year Beck organized another event he described as being “all about the troops.” Then, as now, he asked his listeners to send in donations to pay for what was little more than a massive Glenn Beck, Inc. promotional extravaganza.

Well, I could go on, ad infinitum, to reveal the truth about Glenn Beck’s Big Lie; instead, I recommend that you do some research about Glenn Beck, Fox News, and his associates like Sarah Palin, et al, before you join “his version” of ”restoring honor to America”.

It is time to Wake Up! You too, can join the “Global Political Awakening”!

We Are Change Booted Out of California Tea Party Event

By Kurt Nimmo, Infowars.com
April 26, 2010

Members of We Are Change from the San Francisco area were kicked out of a Tea Party event on April 15. The event was held at the Alameda County Fairgrounds in Pleasanton, California. See the video below.

It appears only supporters of the Republican hijacked Tea Party were welcome at the event.

Orly Taitz, an Orange County attorney who has gone to court to disqualify Obama on constitutional grounds, was invited to speak at the event. She was dis-invited after establishment Republican political candidates got wind of her planned attendance.

“It’s not worth it,” Bridget Melson, founder and president of the Pleasanton Tea Party, told the Los Angeles Times. “She’s too controversial. This is not what the tea party is about at this point.”

The event was announced and promoted by the Tea Party Patriots, an organization partnered with FreedomWorks, the “conservative” (neocon) organization headed up by the former establishment Republican Dick Armey and funded by the Sarah Scaife Foundation, a neocon operation directed by the billionaire and CIA operative Richard Mellon Scaife. Other Tea Party Patriots partners include the Republican news portal and blog site RedState and the neocon blogger, concentration camp apologist and Fox News darling Michelle Malkin.

The Pleasanton Tea Party does not list partners or financial backers on its website. However, since they are teamed up with the Tea Party Patriots, FreedomWorks, and the scurrilous neocon Scaife we can assume they share the Republican Borg hive version of Tea Party activism (including swearing fealty to the Republican national platform of total war and the bankster agenda).

The Tea Party Patriots website has posted effusive praise for the Fox News disinfo operative Glenn Beck. Beck has denounced the 9/11 truth movement on numerous occasions, accused it of being in cahoots with al-Qaeda and white supremacists, and believes truthers plan to assassinate Obama.

If the Republican version of the Tea Party manages to absorb the Libertarian Tea Party movement, we can expect a new crop of neocon Republicans to replace the “socialist” Democrats come November. If the momentum continues into 2012, we can expect another George W. Bush as president and a continuation of the occupations of Afghanistan and Iraq. The bankster agenda and the Federal Reserve will move forward, albeit with the trappings of the Tea Party (confined to the same sort of fake Libertarian lip-service Reagan read from a script while fronting as president for the New World Order).

Is it unfair to characterize the Republican Tea Party as the CIA Tea Party? Considering the involvement of Richard Mellon Scaife, a covert takeover of the movement by the spook agency is a distinct possibility. It certainly would not be the first time a legitimate political movement was taken over by an intelligence agency. In fact, the CIA specializes in creating political movements from the ground-up.

The Beck Deception

If you want to control the dissent, lead the dissent.

By Grand Delusion
March 10, 2010
Where there is an open mind, there will always be a frontier. - Charles F. Kettering
If you are a die-hard Glenn Beck fan (like I was), please keep a very open mind as you read this. Our freedom depends on it.

I know too many “ex-Glenn Beck fans” who are using the wrong approach in attempting to show you why Glenn is more of a threat to the American people than he is a truth-teller or savior. I don’t entirely fault them because I understand their frustration as well as their “sense of urgency.” The simple fact of the matter is that if “We The People” do not begin to think for ourselves, and stop the conformity, we will continue to be misled, and we will get nowhere in our fight to regain our freedom and liberties.

In my quest to understand how our country has gotten to where it is, I found Glenn Beck. Not only did he seem to have the answers, he was also providing me with excellent information about people and groups (the czars, ACORN, SEIU, Andy Stern, Anita Dunn, etc.) who surround and influence our president and our policies. I was sure Glenn had stumbled on some pretty beefy information which offered a great explanation as to why our country was going to hell in a hand basket.

For months, I never missed a Glenn Beck show. At the same time, I continued my relentless research on the internet for as much “truth” as I could get my hands on and I’m convinced this allowed me to keep a healthy perspective on “truth.” One day while watching Glenn – a warning signal sounded in my head. In realizing just how massive of a following that Glenn was gaining, I cautioned myself to be careful and to keep an open mind. As indicated by history as well as the bible, I understood that anyone who has the ability to gain such a mass following of people also has the ability to lead that mass astray.

IN ORDER TO SUCCESSFULLY DECEIVE – YOU MUST USE TRUTH

You cannot gain a mass following by telling lies. In order to deceive, You MUST use the truth… or at the very least, what might be acknowledged as truth by the masses (more on this later).

The majority who align themselves with Glenn Beck consider themselves to be “conservatives.” If you fall into this category, you do not follow CNN or MSNBC because “you are able to see the lies.” You can’t conform to their viewpoint because there isn’t enough truth in their message to keep your attention. CNN or MSNBC cannot deceive you because you see no truth in their message. Deception can only deceive if it looks somewhat like the real thing.
Oh what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive
BEFORE YOU UNDERSTAND “HOW” – YOU MUST UNDERSTAND “WHY”

Many of you will refuse to believe that you are being deceived by Glenn Beck because you cannot fathom any reason why he would do this. Without considering the big picture, this is understandable. Because of this, you have rationalized that the “Beck Bashers” must either be jealous of his fame and fortune or they are just “idiot liberals.” Before we can begin to explore “how we are being deceived”, we must first ask the question, “Why?” The short answer is controlled opposition, and this is where it is crucial for many of you to gain and keep an open mind!

Some of you reading this already know that the truth (whole, entire truth) will never be televised. But, as I temporarily did, you are holding on to the hope that somehow, Beck/FOX managed to break free of this rule. You may even think that FOX has discovered that there is more money in telling the truth – so they are going to continue to do it – until the Obama Administration decides to silence them. If you believe there is any threat of FOX being shut down or of Beck being taken off the airlet me guaranteethis will never happen. Why? Because Glenn Beck is the most valuable player on Team Obama than anyone else. Why? Because the elites behind the New World Order who own “Team Obama” also own all of mainstream media.

If you have questions about the New World Order, the elite bankers, the Federal Reserve -you can find more information on this “Grand Delusion” Blog.

If you know anything about “reverse psychology” – you would know that the fake little war between the Obama Administration and FOX News did nothing more than to drive more people to FOX News to see what all the fuss was about. Borderline liberals flocked to FOX News because they believed that “if Obama was trying to silence FOX, they must be telling the truth.” Oh – how easily fooled we are!

OUR OUTRAGE = A MASSIVE, PEACEFUL UPRISING/REVOLUTION? UMM. NO.

How many of us are opposed to the way our government is running our country? How many are opposed to the war? How many are opposed to the Federal Reserve? How many of us are frustrated, fed-up, sick and tired or afraid of what our future holds? How many of us now view our government as the enemy? How many of us understand that in order to defeat any enemy, we need to think like the enemy? What are they thinking?

The best way to control the opposition is to lead it ourselves. - Vladimir Lenin
Don’t underestimate the powers that be. Don’t underestimate those in control. They full well know that the only way they can reach their goal for the New World Order and One World Government is by controlling the opposition and making sure that the truth is kept from us. In fact, their biggest fear is that we will learn the truth because the truth WILL set us free! What chance would they have if we all rose up tomorrow against tyranny, against them? They wouldn’t have a chance! There are way too many of us. So don’t you think they have the foresight, the power, the money, the influence needed in order to carry out controlling the opposition by leading it? Yes! Of course they do!

NOW THAT YOU UNDERSTAND “WHY” – LET’S TALK ABOUT “HOW”

One good way to determine if someone is “controlled opposition” is to not just look at what they are saying – but, more importantly, look at what they are not saying!

TACTIC #1 – CONTROLLED TRUTH

You will get just enough truth, but you will never get all of it, for it you did, you would surely rise up. Look at the “Federal Reserve.” We know just enough about it to know we don’t like it. Many of us want it audited and/or abolished. What did Henry Ford say about the Federal Reserve?

It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning. - Henry Ford

Glenn Beck recently put together a very nice documentary called, “Live Free or Die.” While much truth was exhibited in his documentary, he stopped short at revealing the whole truth. Don’t you think it would have been important to know that Prescott Bush (George W. Bush’s grand-father) played a major role in funding Hitler’s rise to power? If Beck wanted to arm you with the whole truth, he would not have left this information out. Especially if it is “his calling” to warn you about our government and what they are capable of!

TACTIC #2 & 3 – MIND BENDING and DISINFORMATION

Beck instructs you to “Question Boldly” – but only those questions that he approves. Don’t you dare question 9/11!

How many times has Beck said that the 9/11 Truther’s only account for 5% of the population? The truth is that the majority of the population question 9/11 and one third of the population believe that our government was involved.

Even if you are as dead set against the 9/11 Truth Movement as Beck claims to be – don’t you deserve the truth about the number of people who question 9/11? Shouldn’t you be told about the 50 Senior Military, Intelligence and Government Officials who question the 9/11 Commission Report? Shouldn’t we discuss Senator Max Cleland – Former member of the 9/11 Commission, who resigned in December 2003 saying:
“I, as a member of the [9/11] Commission, cannot look any American in the eye… It is a national scandal… this White House wants to cover [9/11] up.”
Are you asking yourself why you didn’t know these things? The reason is because “they don’t want you to know.” You will not find the truth on mainstream news, not even FOX.If you are led to believe that only a small, kooky minority question 9/11, or anything else for that matter – you probably won’t research it for yourself, but if you knew that the majority question it, you would either stand with the majority or spend more of your own time looking at the data and form your own opinions.

So, if the majority of the population question 9/11 – why did Glenn Beck attempt to ruin Debra Medina for not disavowing any group questioning 9/11? Seems pretty irrational once you know the truth about the numbers, doesn’t it? In fact, Debra Medina should have responded, “Senator Max Cleland, former member of the 9/11 commissioner resigned over a possible cover-up and the majority of the American people have questions about 9/11 – so, in my desire to represent the people, I fully support questioning the 9/11 Commission Report.”

How many of you, without looking into any data or doing any of your own research are using terms such as “Truthers,” “Birthers” and “Tenthers” and attaching negative connotations to these terms against the groups and experts who have done their research?

Are you beginning to understand how you are being influenced through mind-bending and disinformation?

WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING

If someone is placed into a position of amassing a great following for the purpose of controlling and deceiving – they are not going to appear as a wolf. Glenn Beck has sparkly blue eyes, a great smile and a wonderful personality. It is very hard not to like him – even when you understand that he is choosing monetary wealth over the well-being of his fellow man.

Many people believed that Josef Stalin was a good man, handsome with great personality. Franklin Delano Roosevelt said,

“The world has never seen greater devotion, determination, and self sacrifice, that have been displayed by the Russian people and their armies under the leadership of Marshall Josef Stalin.”
In total, the estimated number of people killed under Stalin ranges between 10 million to 60 million.

Even Hitler was once loved by the people. Don’t think for one second that a charismatic leader cannot lead you astray.

WHAT IS A JUDAS SHEEP?

Many people are referring to Beck as a “judas sheep.” Here is the meaning:
Sheep are innate followers and very easily led astray. In New Zealand about 40 million sheep are led to slaughter each year. A specially selected castrated male sheep aptly called the “Judas” sheep leads the unwitting sheep to the killing floor. Unaware of what is about to happen, the sheep blindly fall in behind the Judas sheep and follow him to their deaths.
IN CLOSING

As I continued to watch Glenn Beck with an open mind, I began to see signs of deception. I began to see signs of neo-conservatism. I hadn’t even finished my “Arguing with Idiots” book. Issues and actions that were extreme violations of the Constitution and our freedoms and liberties that were discussed all over the internet went for days unmentioned on his program. If and when they were mentioned, they were not given the attention they deserve. Some were blown off entirely.

As I dug more and more into the 9/11 Truth Movement and I seen the legitimate questions coming from patriots, our war veterans, our military leaders, 9/11 commission members, aerospace engineers, experts, historians, pilots, architects and engineers, families of those killed, economists, I realized these people were not the “kooks” that Beck described. They were also not “dangerous” as Beck described. I had to ask myself why he would mislead his followers. Beck even went so far as to say that he “began hating the families of those who died on 9/11.” Someone who told us to “Question Boldly” suddenly had a zero tolerance level for questioning even from families who had more reason than anyone else to question.

I had no choice, in the face of all the evidence, to conclude that Beck is the ultimate deception because he makes the choice to deceive – as opposed to deceiving out of plain old ignorance.

I attribute much of my initial awakening to Glenn Beck – but because I knew better than to give him my complete trust (I reserve that for God) – and I knew the importance of continuing to find truth on my own (as everyone needs to do, especially now), I knew when to part ways with him. That ultimately led to me turning off the TV. I do not get my news from the TV – because the truth isn’t televised and because you should never be bullied into asking or NOT asking any question.

If Beck were truly “bucking the system” – he would have went the way of Lou Dobbs.

Beck’s Failure to Retract Global Warming Advocacy Provokes Online Firestorm

Becks Failure To Retract Global Warming Advocacy Provokes Online Firestorm 260210top2

Glenn Beck has failed to respond to a firestorm of reaction to his comments made during a February 21st interview with USA Weekend magazine in which he completely reversed his position on climate change by revealing that he believed in man-made global warming.

As we reported earlier this week, Beck appeared to stab his conservative audience in the back when he told USA Weekend magazine that man-made climate change was occurring in an article entitled Don’t judge Beck by his cover.

In the article, Beck tells interviewer Dennis McCafferty, “You’d be an idiot not to notice the temperature change.”

“He also says there’s a legit case that global warming has, at least in part, been caused by mankind,” writes McCafferty, under the sub headline, “He believes in global warming.”

“The blogosphere is on fire with reaction to McCafferty’s USA Weekend piece,” according to World Net Daily’s Chelsea Schilling, who pointed out that posters on the prominent conservative forum Free Republic were furious at Beck for seemingly performing a huge flip-flop on the issue.

“Seems like the rose-colored glasses are beginning to fall off those who used to view Mr. Beck with good approval?” wrote one.

“OK, final straw for Beck with me,” added another.
“When an unflattering quote comes out about someone, anyone, they all say, “I was misquoted.” Everyone does it. The people who were actually misquoted take legal action if a retraction / correction isn’t printed. In fact, that’s why newspapers print retractions/corrections. If Beck doesn’t sue USA Weekend, then it tells me his protestations ring hollow,” writes another.Other respondents said they thought the article was a hit piece and that Beck’s comments on global warming had been misreported. However, Beck’s reaction to the controversy suggests otherwise.

Following the outcry, Beck responded by accusing McCafferty of inventing four of the ten things attributed to him in the article, but since Beck made no mention whatsoever of it, we can only assume that his global warming comment wasn’t one of them.

“Beck had plenty of criticism of the USA Weekend story… he didn’t raise any objections to the article’s portrayal of his environmental views,” remarks Mother Jones’s Kate Sheppard.
Since Beck changes his tune every time the wind blows (he was for the bailout before he was against it), we can only assume that increasing suspicion from conservatives over his global warming comments will force Beck to back peddle and issue some form of retraction. However, for some this will only confirm the fact that Beck is a shill and a performing circus clown who cries on cue while hoodwinking millions of conservatives into supporting policies which represent the antithesis of true conservatism, like a national sales tax (an idea also embraced by Nancy Pelosi), while attacking people who espouse real conservative principles without constantly flip-flopping, like Congressman Ron Paul and his supporters, who he smeared as potential terrorists.

A Warning to the Tea Party Nation

Many of the Tea Parties are distancing themselves from Dr. Paul and embracing establishment players such as Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck.

By Chuck Baldwin
February 12, 2010

As far as grassroots activism goes, the surge in Tea Parties across America is one of the more encouraging developments to recently take place. It reminds me of the “Conservative Revolution” of 1994, when the GOP reclaimed both the US Senate and House of Representatives. At that time, it had been over 40 years since the Republican Party controlled both the US House and Senate. And, between the two, the House victories were the most significant.

Spurred mostly by the election of Bill Clinton in 1992, a host of young, energetic freshman Republicans marched into Washington, D.C., determined to return a burgeoning and out-of-control federal leviathan to the constitutional precepts of limited government. I’m talking about then-freshman House members such as Helen Chenoweth, Steve Largent, Bob Barr, Joe Scarborough, Sonny Bono, John Shadegg, J.C. Watts, etc. These young conservatives went to Washington, D.C., determined to reduce the growth and size of the federal government.

The vehicle used to transport these young conservatives from grassroots activism to US House and Senate seats was the highly touted “Contract with America” (CWA), which was orchestrated by House Speaker-to-be, Newt Gingrich. The CWA included a promise to the American people that if they would give the GOP a majority in Congress, they would eliminate up to 5 federal departments–such as the Departments of Energy and Education–and many federal agencies.

Obviously, not only did the GOP-controlled Congress not eliminate a single federal department or agency–or even shrink the size of the federal government at all–it expanded the size and scope of the federal government at every level. And there is one reason for it: Big Government neocons posing as champions of conservatism co-opted and destroyed the Conservative Revolution of 1994.

If one wants to put names to these treasonous wretches (and I do), I’m talking about charlatans such as Newt Gingrich and Trent Lott. Anyone who thinks that Newt Gingrich is a real conservative or that he will do anything to reduce the size and scope of the federal government needs to speak with any of those Republican members of the freshman class of 1994. (Sadly, too, some of the members of that great freshman class went on to become Big Government toadies themselves. Such is the power of that Putrid Province by the Potomac.)

The Tea Parties of 2010 remind me very much of the Conservative Revolution of 1994. And if the Tea Party Nation is not very careful, they will succumb to the same fate. The signs of a silent takeover of the movement are already appearing.

First of all, the Tea Parties were actually born during the Presidential campaign of Congressman Ron Paul of Texas in 2007 and 2008. For all intents and purposes, the Tea Parties and the Ron Paul Revolution were one and the same. These were (mostly) young people, who were sick and tired of the same old establishment Republican Party. They were tired of establishment Republicans selling out the principles of limited government; they were tired of the US Constitution being ignored and trampled by both Republicans and Democrats; they were tired of an incessant interventionist US foreign policy that keeps sending US forces overseas to advance a burgeoning New World Order (NWO); they were tired of perpetual war; they were tired of the bank bailouts; they were tired of the Federal Reserve; etc.

I know this because I met--and spoke before--the Tea Party Nation in State after State as I campaigned for Dr. Paul during the Republican primaries back in 2008. And I met them again all over America, as I was running as an Independent candidate for President--with Ron Paul's endorsement, no less. I was with them in scores of meetings (big and small) from Washington, D.C., to Spokane, Washington, and all points in between.

But now many of the Tea Parties are distancing themselves from Dr. Paul and embracing establishment players such as Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck. Even Newt Gingrich is being courted. Watch out, Tea Party Nation: you're in danger of losing your soul! Newt Gingrich is not one of you. He is not your friend. He is an imposter. He will destroy you just like he almost single-handedly destroyed the Conservative Revolution of 1994.

Plus, be careful about Sarah Palin and other establishment Republicans. Palin is currently playing both sides. She is promoting Big Government neocons such as John McCain on the one hand, and sincere conservative-libertarians such as Rand Paul on the other hand. But if one wants a real barometer of Palin's true colors, look no further than her endorsement of Rick Perry in Texas.

Perry is the quintessential establishment Republican. Perry has been in office for some nine years, and what has he done to thwart the NWO in Texas? Nothing! Perry is even a Bilderberg Group attendee. What has he done for State sovereignty in Texas? Nothing! In fact, he supports the North American Union and the NAFTA superhighway. What has he done to resist Obama's universal health care proposals? Nothing! What has he done to protect the citizens of Texas against an emerging Police State? Nothing! What has he done to fight illegal immigration? Nothing!

As a result of both Rick Perry's establishment business-as-usual politics in Texas and the proliferating grassroots Tea Party movement, counterattacking establishment politics, a Tea Partier herself has entered the race for Texas governor. Her name is Debra Medina. As the Tea Party Nation in Texas already knows, Medina is one of you.

Medina is committed to preserving Texas' independence and sovereignty. She is opposed to the Patriot Act. She will secure the Texas border. She will give Texas Vermont-style open carry freedoms for gun owners. She wants to get rid of unconstitutional property taxes in Texas. She will stop the NAFTA superhighway. Medina is the real deal.

So, what did Sarah Palin do? She went to Texas and endorsed Rick Perry! I'm sorry, ladies and gentlemen, playing political games in order to rake in hundreds of thousands of dollars on the speaking and book-signing circuits is not what the Tea Parties are all about.

Tea Parties are supposed to be about putting principle over politics, supporting and defending the US Constitution, supporting limited government and personal liberty, getting rid of the Federal Reserve, abolishing the IRS, ending preemptive and pervasive wars, and putting truth and integrity back into government.

Don't get me wrong; there are things about Sarah Palin that I like. I especially appreciate her pro-life and pro-Second Amendment stands. I also appreciate her signing the Alaska State sovereignty resolution while she was governor. By all indications, she did a good job as Alaska's chief executive. At the national level, however, she favors the Patriot Act--and even wants to expand it. She supported the banker bailouts. And when it comes to foreign policy issues, Palin is just another neocon. Plus, as with most Republicans at the national level, I think she is clueless about the NWO. And please remember, it was Mr. New World Order himself, Henry Kissinger, who vetted Palin on behalf of McCain.

The Tea Party Nation should expect better!

The Nation also needs to be careful about Glenn Beck. He says many of the right things. He is likeable and charismatic; but he's also dead wrong on a number of issues--issues that are critical to the Tea Party Nation. He's dead wrong when he attempts to disparage and impugn Congressman Ron Paul, saying Dr. Paul is a "crazy, kooky guy." He's dead wrong in supporting the banker bailouts. He's dead wrong when he supports raising taxes (which he has done on several occasions). He was dead wrong when he supported the Patriot Act. He is dead wrong when he viciously attacks the 9/11 victims' families who demand further information about what happened to their loved ones on that fateful day. And he is dead wrong when he mocks people such as Alan Keyes and Joe Farah for demanding that Barack Obama release his birth certificate--if he indeed has one.

And now I hear that there are some self-professed members of the Tea Party Nation who are actually running for Congressman Paul's US House seat in Texas. If this is not a sign that establishment Republicans are hijacking the Tea Party movement, I don't know what is. Remember, the Tea Party movement began as a support base for the Ron Paul Revolution back in 2007.

I strongly encourage the Tea Party faithful to read Jane Hamsher's recent column on this subject:

http://tinyurl.com/tea-party-soul

I say again, be careful, Tea Party Nation. You are being infiltrated. You are being compromised. You are being neutered. Stick to your principles. Stick with the Constitution. Keep opposing unconstitutional, preemptive wars. Keep calling for the abolition of the Federal Reserve. Keep fighting for less taxes, reduced federal spending, and states' rights. Keep opposing the Patriot Act and the New World Order. Don't abandon Ron Paul. Be wary of people such as Sarah Palin and Glenn Beck. You don't need "big name" celebrities to give you credibility. As Samson's strength depended on keeping his hair uncut, your strength lies in keeping your principles intact. And unless you want to wind up like the Republican freshmen in 1994, avoid Newt Gingrich like the plague!

Warning: NeoCon Palin’s Tea Party Takeover Will Facilitate Obama Reelection

By Arron Dykes & Alex Jones, Infowars.com
February 9, 2010

In an urgent message on the systematic betrayal of the tea party, Alex Jones warns against the turncoats and deceivers flocking from the weakened GOP and FOX News wings to harness the populist uprising that briefly found life outside of the traditional two-party system.

Sarah Palin made more than headlines this past week– attempting a takeover of the tea party movement, backing GOP hack Rick Perry over a real & viable candidate, pitching for war on Iran and assessing Obama’s weaknesses in 2012.

Her presence as the keynote speaker at the ‘Tea Party Nation’ event this past weekend signaled a realignment of the once pro-Constitution tea party with the empty ideals of the Republican party, urging upset Americans to let go of their anger towards the two-party system and support a GOP platform once again.

Further, in traveling to Texas to stump for incumbent Governor Rick Perry after speaking under the Tea Party Nation banner, Palin is slighting the one real tea party candidate running in Texas– a rising Debra Medina who is insistent on shaking up the status quo and triumphing over party stooges Perry & Hutchinson. As of today, Medina is reportedly only 4 points behind challenger Kay Bailey Hutchinson. If no candidate gets 50%, a run-off is forced between the top two candidates.

What’s more, phony Palin fundamentally betrayed the sentiments of millions of Americans– whether at the tea parties or not– who have articulated their desire to scale down the Federal government and bring back troops from an unsustainable global U.S. empire. In a stunning statement on FOX News, Palin suggested that ‘if’ Obama played ‘the War Card’ by starting a war with Iran, only then would he have a viable chance at reelection in 2012. With the obvious implication that she too is eyed for 2012, Palin reinforced unconditional support for Israel’s agenda and urged Obama towards the same end.

Palin proves to be yet another front for NeoCon aggression in the middle east. Her senseless and deranged drumbeat for an Iranian War, like her support for torture and opposition to detainee rights, follows a recent column from Daniel Pipes lauding such a war as the only way to save Obama’s presidency.

Palin’s perceived ditziness is no excuse. At the very best, Palin’s confused-coloration between FOX-esque turncoats like Glenn Beck, Mike Huckabee and Rick Perry and ‘grassroots’ constitutionalists within the tea party movement demonstrates her flippant viewpoint and her naïveté.

However, like Glenn Beck, Sarah Palin is not clueless or wrong. She too is a wolf in sheep’s clothing– not a Libertarian, Constitutionalist, freedom-lover or populist. Instead, both Beck and Palin are duplicitous and deceiving whores of the global establishment, practiced at fooling well-meaning followers into betraying their own interests.

Palin’s presence at the forefront of GOP presidential hopefuls for 2012 gives insight into a dismal political field cynically weeded of any independent or level-minded candidates. Instead, the system, which tricks the people again and again, favors a selection of potential successors guaranteed to be worse than the president before. Who but Obama could follow the abuses of George W. Bush? Who could be worse than Sarah Palin after Obama? Who but Palin could allow a president as unpopular as Obama to think of digging in for another term? Are we destined to lose all we have as we are trapped between the Devil and the deep-blue sea, headed towards WWIII and an apocalyptic economic atmosphere?

Hopefully not. But as Alex notes, we don’t have time to be fooled yet again by a political sideshow– a bait & switch– meant to volley between fundamentally-rotten Democrats and fundamentally-rotten Republicans. Americans must rise above that tightly-controlled paradigm, take a deep breath, and root out the evil and corruption deep within the system before all is lost.

Ailes and Huffington: Two Mockingbird Assets Discuss Glenn Beck

By Kurt Nimmo, Infowars.com
February 1, 2010

On ABC over the weekend, Roger Ailes and Arianna Huffington discussed Glenn Beck. Ailes is the president of Fox News. He was a media consultant for Richard Nixon, Ronald Reagan, and George H. W. Bush, as well as Rudy Giuliani’s first mayoral campaign in 1989. Huffington co-founded the “progressive” website The Huffington Post and figured highly on Forbes’ list of the Most Influential Women In Media. Ailes and Huffington work tirelessly to keep the false right-left paradigm in working order.

Huffington says Glenn Beck exploits the “paranoid style” of American politics and keeps this “tradition” alive. In other words, Beck exploits mistrust and fear of government. For “progressive” statists of Huffington’s ilk, mistrust of government is “paranoid” and thus dangerous (paranoia is usually associated with irrationality and delusion and characterized as a mental illness). She is apparently concerned about the influence of Beck’s mini-documentary on Stalin, Mao, and the progressives (Beck insinuates that when progressives get in power they unleash mass slaughter like Mao and Stalin — in fact, as history teaches, authoritarian leaders, regardless of political coloration, invariably engage in mass murder against the opposition and other manufactured enemies).

Glenn Beck pretends to be a Libertarian opposed to big government. In fact, he is a shill for predatory government and a continued looting of the people. In December, he went on the “conservative” (neocon statist) Bill O’Reilly’s Fox show and called for new taxes on the plebs. Beck and O’Reilly merely dickered over the sort of tax they’d impose — O’Reilly argued for a national sales tax while Beck called for a value added tax to pay down the national debt owed to a gaggle of international bankers.

In regard to government running roughshod over the people and confiscating their wealth, there is very little difference between Beck and Huffington. They merely disagree on how much to steal and what to squander it on. Huffington would spend it on touchy-feely social programs that increase the size and scope of government. Glenn Beck would give it directly to the bankers. George W. Bush ran up the national debt to a historical level. Obama outdid him within the first few months of his administration.

Obama, Bush, Huffington, Ailes, and Beck — these are shills for the state. If there is a “paranoid style” in politics, as Huffington claims, it should consist of a paranoia of talking heads who offer two versions of predatory government and call it politics from the “left” and the “right.” It is a circus sideshow and a diversion that accomplishes nothing as government power increases and claims more victims.

Glenn Beck For Dummies

By Paul Joseph Watson & Alex Jones, Prison Planet.com
January 25, 2010

Glenn Beck is being characterized by the establishment as the leader of the freedom movement and yet a closer analysis of his ideology reveals that Beck is nothing more than a fake revolutionary who has supported and is pushing policies that are diametrically opposed to those embraced by true constitutionalists.

Beck and Fox News have hijacked the patriot movement and are leading conservatives and libertarians down a meaningless partisan rabbit hole in a clear attempt to neutralize genuine opposition to the big government agenda of the Obama administration.

It is important to stress that we are not picking a fight with Glenn Beck or Fox News in general as a crude effort to garner attention. Glenn Beck routinely attacks real libertarians, Ron Paul supporters, and those who would define themselves as constitutionalists. We are constantly forced to rebut his smears against people in the freedom movement while Beck claims to be one of us.

Indeed, Judge Andrew Napolitano, who also appears on Fox News, is an example of a real constitutionalist and we are in full agreement with his views.

Despite the fact that Beck claims to be “a Libertarian at heart,” he has publicly supported programs and legislation that are universally abhorred by the vast majority of libertarians, such as the banker bailout and the USA Patriot Act.

Beck has also been aggressively pushing for new taxes in order to pay for the bailout that he supported. On December 4, he appeared on fellow neo-con Bill O’Reilly’s show to promote a 2 percent VAT tax to be adopted that would go directly to pay down the national debt.

While lending support to the Tea Party movement out of one side of his mouth, out of the other Beck is promoting the exact thing they are protesting against – more taxes.

Beck is not a real libertarian, he is a performing circus act who is being positioned as a clown to discredit issues that the genuine freedom movement embraces, such as exposing the fact that man-made global warming is a fraud.

Certainly, on several issues Beck jives with populist sentiment, but on all the major fronts – war, the patriot act, warrantless spying, the bailout, and new taxes, he is nothing more than a shill for big government.

Beck’s agenda is to put out a dual message – to discredit and polarize the conservative movement to the benefit of the two party monopoly. His bizarre and clownish antics of fake crying, which were proven to be staged when Beck replicated them on demand for a GQ photo shoot, are doing nothing but reinforcing the stereotype that the freedom movement is extreme and unbalanced.

Beck’s entire 9/12 project has nothing to do with uniting America and everything to do with reinforcing neo-conservative rhetoric about how we should relinquish our rights and accept the police state because terrorists want to attack us and Saddam Hussein had WMD’s and yellowcake.

During his Monday September 22 2008 TV broadcast, Beck expressed his vehement support for the bailout, stating, “The $700 billion dollars that you’re hearing about now is not only I believe necessary, it is also not nearly enough.” However, as soon as Bush left office and Obama picked up the baton and continued the same financial policy, he changed his tune and routinely attacked the bailout as an example of how socialism was taking over America.

The bailout was bad news for America under Bush just as it is under Obama, both were merely performing a transfer of wealth from America to offshore banks and giving the Federal Reserve total dictatorial control over the economy, but Beck only opposed it when Bush was out of office, proving that his opinions are not wedded to right or wrong, but to which puppet is in the White House.

A host of mainline conservative talking heads opposed the banker bailout, as did the majority of the American people, but Beck went on television and publicly supported it. This is irreconcilable with Beck being “a libertarian at heart” as he claims.

In addition, Beck aggressively attacked Ron Paul and his supporters during the election campaign when it looked like the Texan Congressman might have a real chance of winning the nomination. Beck implied that Ron Paul supporters were domestic terrorists and should be dealt with by the U.S. Army, but later tried to side with Ron Paul supporters when the infamous and discredited MIAC report echoed his own talking point that people who support Ron Paul were dangerous.

The smear came during a November 2007 show when Beck was on CNN. Alongside ex-Marxist David Horowitz, Beck demonized Ron Paul supporters, libertarians and the anti-war left as terrorist sympathizers and inferred that the U.S. military should be used to silence them, parroting a talking point that traces back to a September 2006 White House directive. When asked about the issue, Ron Paul dismissed Beck as “pretty discourteous” and a “demagogue”.

Beck has also worked with government propagandists Popular Mechanics in an effort to “debunk” the existence of internment camps in America. Beck’s hit piece consisted of setting up a straw man argument while ignoring the manifestly provable evidence that such facilities exist and that they are admittedly being prepared to house citizens during times of civil unrest.

Beck has ceaselessly attacked 9/11 truthers as dangerous extremists, echoing precisely talking points put out by Obama information czar Cass Sunstein. Just last week Beck said on his nationally syndicated radio show that there are 9/11 truth activists in the White House and they threaten the life of Obama. The fact that Beck is repeating White House talking points to demonize political adversaries of the administration proves that his image as an anti-establishment guru is a manufactured fraud.

Beck has been a vehement cheerleader for the wars of aggression launched since 9/11 and in addition called for Iran to be attacked, claiming that President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is preparing a “second holocaust.” Once again, these political opinions stand completely contrary to libertarian principles, which follow the founding fathers’ view that an expansionist aggressive foreign policy is bad for America.

Beck has attacked Obama for unraveling the Bush war machine, when in fact Obama has done everything in his power to expand Bush’s wars, beefing the campaigns in Afghanistan and Pakistan while removing a token amount of troops from Iraq and replacing them with an even greater number of contractors.

By attacking Obama for being different to Bush, when in reality he offers no change whatsoever, Beck keeps people locked in the left-right paradigm and ensures that instead of coming to the realization that the whole system is rigged, they will merely vote in another puppet for the new world order in 2012.

Beck is the perfect example of controlled opposition, he is there to co-opt and ensure the Tea Parties are under control and that they never focus on taking on the real power behind the American economy – the Federal Reserve.

Glenn Beck is a fake revolutionary whose job it is to lead conservatives and libertarians away from uniting behind the real issues, while absorbing the successes of the patriot movement and in turn discrediting it by way of his clownish antics and easily derided mannerisms. He is part of a wider approach on behalf of Fox News to become a beacon for freedom movement and then act as a steam valve for its issues, deluding people into thinking their interests are being represented when in reality they are merely being sucked up and spewed out as something entirely misrepresentative.

It is vital that we alert the freedom movement to the fact that Beck is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and one must only scratch beneath the surface to discover that his true political standpoint is the complete opposite of that embraced by true constitutionalists.
